TOA Teaching Others AfricaMany African church leaders cannot afford to leave their homes, churches, and ministries to receive the formal Bible training necessary to effectively train and disciple their congregations. TOA’s vision is to provide foundational Bible training directly within their local communities.
With this vision, Africans Teaching Africans was established 15 years ago. A Bible curriculum was created and select graduates from Bible colleges and seminaries were chosen to teach a solid biblical foundation to church leaders in their local areas. The program was highly successful, rapidly expanding to over 20 countries in Africa, with tens of thousands of church leaders receiving foundational Bible training while continuing their local ministries. Now rebranded as Teaching Others Africa (TOA), this vital ministry continues throughout Africa, bringing solid bible teaching directly to the communities where it is needed, and also bringing unity to the body of Christ as church leaders from all denominations study God's Word together. |
